Job summary

QDOBA, part of Thrive Restaurant Group, is seeking a delivery driver to be the face of the brand with enthusiasm and hospitality. You’ll deliver orders, provide top-notch guest service, and support the team when not on deliveries, all while maintaining accurate delivery logs and ensuring orders are loaded correctly for timely arrival.

We’re looking for individuals 18+, with a reliable vehicle, valid license, and clean driving history.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess a reliable, clean vehicle with current registration, NC inspection, and insurance.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license on your person at all times.
• Submit to an MVR report to establish a good driving history within the past 36 months.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver all orders in a safe and timely manner.
• Provide friendly guest service and the highest level of hospitality.
• Work as a crew member when not making a delivery.
• Double-check the accuracy of the order before loading orders for delivery.
• Strategically load and deliver orders for maximum efficiency and timeliness.

• Unload product and arrange food/drinks in an appealing manner.

As our Catering Delivery Driver, you will be the face of QDOBA, representing yourself and QDOBA with enthusiasm and great hospitality! What You'll Be Dishing Out:

As an integral part of the QDOBA restaurant team, you will:

• Deliver all orders in a safe and timely manner.
• Provide friendly guest service and the highest level of hospitality.
• Work as a crew member when not making a delivery (see Crew Member Job Description).
• Double-check the accuracy of the order before loading orders for delivery.
• Strategically load and deliver orders for maximum efficiency and timeliness.
• Obtain guests’ signatures on all orders and maintain accurate delivery logs.
• Unload product and arrange food/drinks in an appealing manner.
