Delivery Driver Job Description

If you enjoy working with a fun team, love our queso, have a great personality, and enjoy interacting with customers, then consider joining the QDOBA family! We are currently hiring energetic, hospitality-oriented individuals for the role of Catering Delivery Driver.

Position Summary

As our catering delivery driver, you will be the face of QDOBA, representing yourself and the brand with enthusiasm and excellent hospitality.

Responsibilities

1. Deliver all orders safely and promptly.
2. Assist as a crew member when not making deliveries (see Crew Member Job Description).
3. Provide friendly guest service and high-level hospitality.
4. Obtain guests’ signatures on all orders.
5. Maintain accurate delivery logs.
6. Unload products and arrange food/drinks attractively.
7. Load and deliver orders efficiently for maximum timeliness.
8. Double-check order accuracy before loading for delivery.

Requirements

• Reliable, clean vehicle in good repair with current registration and insurance.
• Valid driver’s license (must carry at all times).
• Submit to an MVR report to demonstrate a good driving record within the past 36 months.
• No DWI/DUI in the past 5 years.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay Rate: $13.65 - $21.29
