Job Description: Catering Delivery Driver at QDOBA

Join our team as a Catering Delivery Driver and be the face of QDOBA, representing our brand with enthusiasm and hospitality!

Position Overview: As a catering delivery driver, you will be an integral part of the QDOBA restaurant team, responsible for delivering orders safely and timely, providing excellent guest service, and supporting team activities when not on delivery.

Responsibilities:

1. Deliver all orders in a safe and timely manner.
2. Assist as a crew member when not making deliveries, following the Crew Member Job Description.
3. Provide friendly guest service and high-level hospitality.
4. Obtain guests' signatures on all orders.
5. Unload products and arrange food and drinks appealingly.
6. Load and deliver orders efficiently for maximum timeliness.
7. Double-check order accuracy before loading.

Requirements:

• Reliable, clean vehicle in good repair with current registration and insurance.
• Valid driver's license, maintained at all times during work.
• Submit to a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) to demonstrate good driving history within the past 36 months.
• No DWI/DUI in the past 5 years.
• At least 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Compensation: Pay Rate ranges from $13.65 to $21.29 per hour, including PTO (vacation and sick leave where eligible).
