Delivery Driver Job Description

If you enjoy working with a friendly team, love our queso, have a great personality, and enjoy interacting with customers, then join the QDOBA family! We are currently hiring energetic, hospitality-oriented individuals for the role of Catering Delivery Driver.

POSITION SUMMARY

As our catering delivery driver, you will be the face of QDOBA, representing yourself and the brand with enthusiasm and excellent hospitality.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Deliver all orders safely and promptly.
2. Assist as a crew member when not making deliveries (refer to Crew Member Job Description).
3. Provide friendly guest service and maintain high hospitality standards.
4. Obtain guests’ signatures on all orders.
5. Maintain accurate delivery logs.
6. Unload products and arrange food and drinks appealingly.
7. Load and deliver orders efficiently for maximum timeliness.
8. Verify order accuracy before loading for delivery.

Requirements:

• Reliable, clean vehicle in good repair with current registration and insurance.
• Valid driver’s license (must carry at all times).
• Submit to an MVR report to demonstrate a good driving history within the past 36 months.
• No DWI/DUI in the past 5 years.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay Rate: $13.65 - $21.29 per hour
