Job summary

Tony’s Market in Centennial, CO seeks a Catering & Culinary Support Associate to help our catering and market teams by staying organized, serving customers, and keeping products looking their best. You will work with the Prepared Foods Buyer and team, handling office tasks and hands-on duties across Tony’s Market locations.

Responsibilities include reviewing orders, updating systems, communicating with customers, and supporting multiple departments during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Review catering and holiday orders for dates, pickup/delivery, quantities and special requests.
• Enter and update information in catering and other systems after training.
• Contact customers with confirmations, updates and substitutions.
• Share order details with catering managers and store teams.
• Maintain simple spreadsheets, notes, and order records.
• Check supplies and notify when items are low.
• Assist with replenishment requests and communicate needs to commissary.
• Support departments during busy periods (Prepared Foods, Deli, Bakery, Cheese, Charcuterie).
• Assist with displays, promotions, and product launches.
