Job summary

Plum Market is seeking a Catering Specialist to support catering operations including online ordering, events, corporate clients, and guest orders. You will coordinate orders, prepare and distribute BEOs, maintain menus, and assist with planning and execution to ensure top-tier service.

You will work with guests, team members, store leadership, and catering leadership to deliver accurate, professional events and grow the catering guest base.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Catering, Food Service, or a related field strongly preferred.
• Excellent driving record preferred and ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work with Guests, corporate clients, Team Members, and Store Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Model and provide exceptional service to Guests, clients, and Team Members.
• Support and execute catering operations, including Foodservice, Online Ordering, Special Events, corporate clients, and everyday Guest orders.
• Receive, process, and follow up on catering and food delivery orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with the successful planning, preparation, execution, and completion of catering events.
• Prepare, review, and distribute BEOs with accurate information to the appropriate teams and Team Members.
• Follow up with teams to confirm they have received and understand the BEO and event expectations.
