Job summary

Southern Rock Restaurants is seeking a Catering Coordinator for a franchised McAlister’s Deli location. The role involves coordinating drivers and deliveries, ensuring guest satisfaction after deliveries, and handling daily catering accounting procedures. You will also make sales calls and prepare front of house/back of house prep lists for catering orders.

The position supports catering operations at a franchised McAlister’s Deli, reporting to management and performing other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate drivers and deliveries for the day.
• Check with drivers and guests to ensure satisfaction after deliveries.
• Complete catering accounting procedures daily.
• Make at least two sales calls daily and log them in the sales report.
• Fill out front of house and back of house prep lists for catering orders.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
