Job summary

Southern Rock Restaurants is seeking a Catering Coordinator for a franchised McAlister’s Deli location in Lynchburg, VA. You will coordinate drivers and deliveries, verify satisfaction with drivers and guests, and ensure catering accounting procedures are completed daily.

You will also make at least two sales calls per day and document them in the sales report, and complete front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house catering prep lists, with other duties as requested by management.
