ISS Facility Services / Guckenheimer is seeking a Catering Lead to build and manage a high-performing team, drive profitability, and oversee all aspects of VIP and custom events. The role emphasizes client coordination, safety, and adherence to quality standards within a multi-unit catering environment.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or 3 years in a similar role, experience with budgeting and financial analysis, and ServSafe certification.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or 3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in financial analysis, planning, budgeting, and marketing.
  • P&L accountability or contract-managed service experience is desirable.
  • ServSafe Manager certification.
  • Hotel multi-unit catering experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Lead the catering department and ensure profitability and service quality.
  • Develop and onboard a dynamic catering team with clear growth plans.
  • Oversee budgeting, revenue forecasts, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with ServSafe, HACCP, and safety rules across the operation.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments for high-end or custom events.
