SSA Group is seeking a Food Service Cook - Catering to support daily catering operations and line prep. You will deliver warm guest experiences, ensure food quantities meet demand, and uphold safety and quality standards across shifts.

Ideal candidates have strong teamwork, flexibility for varied hours, and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and proper hygiene in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent problem solving/decision making abilities.
• Flexible in fast-paced environments.
• Team player, upbeat and energetic.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes (10-35 lbs).
• Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Live out SSA Hospitality by delivering warm, welcoming experiences for guests and clients.
• Supports catering prep (BOH and line) for daily operation.
• Meets daily quickservice, food service, safety and quality standards.
• Ensures proper food quantities for daily and ongoing service.
• Maintains safe food handling and hygiene practices.
• Assists with dishwashing as necessary.
• Maintains a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Adheres to SSAFETY rules and company policies.
