  6. Maintain clean, sanitized, and safe work areas, including handling utensils, equipment, and dishes as well as executing opening and closing procedures.
  7. Monitor station inventory levels and contribute to monthly inventory counting.
  8. Collaborate with our executive events chef and Director of Culinary on recipe research and development as directed.
  9. Other duties as assigned to support the culinary team.

What We’re Looking For: At Savory, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We’re a tight-knit team of passionate, innovative culinarians who strive to live our values every day: authenticity, curiosity, collaboration, solutions, and community.

Your experience should show us the following:

  4. Advanced culinary ability demonstrating techniques including, but not limited to: sous vide cooking methods, braising, slow roasting, emulsification, and stellar presentation abilities.
  5. Excellent time management and organization.
  6. Open communicator across levels and departments.
  7. A calm, positive, and productive demeanor while operating in a high-volume kitchen.
  8. A growth-oriented mindset with a focus on upward movement.

Job Requirements:
