We are hiring immediately for on-call Catering Captain positions at Porsche Experience Center Los Angeles, located at 19800 South Main Street, Carson, CA 90745. Online applications are accepted only.

Job Summary

Coordinates catering staff schedules to ensure timely service. Prepares and serves food under supervision. May drive a truck for deliveries.

Essential Duties

• Determine workload requirements.
• Meet with function leaders for setup and problem resolution.
• Interact with customers and resolve complaints.
• Understand menu items thoroughly.
• Instruct staff and assist with setup.
• Assemble and deliver food and supplies.
• Serve food and beverages.
• Ensure proper presentation, temperature, and sanitation standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license may be required.
• Food handler's permit and/or alcohol server's permit required where applicable.
