Qualifications

• 3 years of catering experience required.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.
• Possession or ability to obtain a valid food handler’s permit and/or alcohol servers permit where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate catering staff schedules.
• Prepare and serve food at catered functions.
• Deliver food and supplies to scheduled locations.
• Ensure proper presentation and food temperatures per recipes and standards.
• Maintain sanitation and organization of equipment, utensils, and prep areas.
