Job Summary

Coordinates catering staff schedules, prepares and serves food at functions, and may deliver food and beverages. Ensures timely delivery and quality service.

Responsibilities

1. Determine workload based on catering orders.
2. Meet with function leaders to discuss setup and resolve last-minute issues.
3. Interact with customers and handle complaints professionally.
4. Understand menu items thoroughly.
5. Instruct staff on work expectations.
6. Assist in setting up rooms and delivering supplies.
7. Serve food and beverages, and return equipment.
8. Maintain presentation standards and follow HACCP protocols.
9. Ensure sanitation and proper food preparation.
10. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license may be required.
• Obtain necessary permits such as food handler's or alcohol servers permit as per state law.
