Job summary

Friendship Village Tempe is seeking a Catering Captain to lead our special events with style and service. This on-site role requires availability on days, evenings, weekends and holidays, with hourly pay $20.75-$22.83 depending on experience.

You’ll assist in planning and leading catered events, coordinate with staff, residents and the culinary team, and ensure smooth setup, service and cleanup across scheduled shifts. A minimum of two years in FOH dining is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years in a FOH dining services position is required.
• Catering or event experience is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry items throughout scheduled shifts.
• Ability to lift and or move up to 50 pounds independently.
• High School graduate preferred.
