Job summary

Friendship Village Tempe is hiring a Server 2 to provide friendly, attentive service in our café, Assisted Living dining room and Health Care Center. Your primary venue will be identified during screening based on interest and availability.

We require 18+, at least 6 months FOH dining experience, excellent customer service, and a Food Handler’s Certification within 30 days. Barista experience is a plus, plus you must obtain a Level 1 AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

18 years or older.
Minimum of 6 months FOH dining experience required.
Customer service experience.
Barista experience is a plus.
Experience in dietary services/nutrition is a plus.
Food Handler’s Certification (within 30 days).
Level 1 AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card (within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

Serve residents and guests with care and enthusiasm.
Keep the café clean, stocked, and welcoming.

We’re Hiring: Server 2

Server 2 team members provide friendly, attentive service in our café, employee breakrooms, Assisted Living dining room and Health Care Center (as Diet Aides). You may also support other venues as needed.

Your primary venue will be identified during the initial phone screening based on interest, experience, and availability.

Pay

$17.70-$19.47/hour (based experience)

Note: We are a no-tipping facility

Schedule

Option 1: 3:00pm - 7:30pm Thursday through Monday plus holidays required

Option 2: 3:00pm - 7:30pm Friday through Tuesday plus holidays required

Option 3: 4:15pm-7:30pm Saturday through Wednesday plus holidays required
