McMenamins Edgefield in Oregon is seeking a Catering Captain to run onsite catered events from setup to breakdown. You will manage tables, service beer, wine, and spirits, input customer bills, and coordinate audio-visual needs while delivering outstanding guest service.

This role requires 21+ years, prior catering or serving experience, a current food handlers card and OLCC card. You will work in a fast-paced team environment and be a shift leader during events, with opportunities to grow
