Job summary

Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking a skilled Catering Captain to join our higher education team in Cochran, GA. You will oversee and manage catering events from setup to breakdown, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include leading event staff, coordinating timelines, training new associates, and upholding our standards for quality and hospitality. At least three years in catering or hospitality is expected, with strong leadership and communication skills.
