Overview

Do you enjoy planning and taking ownership of helping a client's vision come to life? We help coordinate with some of the best venues, clients and vendors in the state and strive to provide top‑notch service and memorable event experiences. Everything from themed food displays, unique designs, custom menus and more are skills we bring to the table for each of our clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Venue walk‑throughs
• Driving to and from venues as necessary
• Vendor coordination
• Client meetings
• Preliminary event logistics
• Packing up necessary equipment
• Onsite management of serving and bartending staff
• Being client's main point of contact
• Helping a client pick out and design color schemes, eating ware, and tablescape

Qualifications

Must have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and an eye for design.

Must have an open and flexible schedule (Monday–Friday). Weekend availability is needed.

Will be expected to drive large vans and box trucks.

Experience

• Events management: 1 year
