Join the Oak View Group as a Catering Bartender - Part-Time - Byron Nelson.

This role involves providing excellent beverage service during golf tournaments and related events, ensuring guests are served professionally and responsibly.

Pay Range: $18.00/hr

Position Summary

The Catering Bartender works closely with the catering team to deliver a smooth and enjoyable guest experience, maintaining the bar area, preparing beverages, and adhering to safety and alcohol service guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down the bar area before and after events.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar throughout the event.
• Check guest identification for legal drinking age compliance.
• Restock bar inventory as needed during the event.
• Handle cash or credit card transactions when applicable.
• Provide friendly, timely, and professional customer service.
• Assist with additional catering tasks (e.g., food service, cleanup).
• Follow all safety and alcohol service guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 or 21 years old, depending on local laws.
• Previous bartending experience preferred, especially in catering or events.
• Required: TABC or relevant alcohol service certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours, including weekends.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
