Levy Sector is seeking a Catering Attendant for University of Arkansas functions. You will deliver and serve food at scheduled events under the catering captain, ensure accurate execution, and may drive a catering delivery truck.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license may be required and food handler’s or alcohol server permit may be required where state law applies.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and deliver food and supplies to scheduled locations.
• Log and maintain food temperatures.
• Arrange tables and decorations.
• Set up buffet tables with food and service items.
• Serve food and beverages to guests.
• Clean the location after events.
• Return food, beverages, and equipment to the facility.
• Distribute and collect guest feedback forms.
• Stock and maintain catering facility and equipment.
• Ensure guests receive friendly, courteous service.
• Maintain knowledge of the full menu and products.
• Uphold a clean and safe work environment.
