Job Summary

Operates Point of Sale system, assists in food prep, sets up cashier stations, maintains cleanliness, and assists during events. Essential duties include:

1. Deliver food and supplies for catered functions
2. Log and maintain food temperatures
3. Arrange tables with food, beverages, and service items
4. Set up and clean dining areas before and after service
5. Clean locations after events
6. Return equipment and supplies to storage
7. Maintain catering facilities and equipment
8. Follow safety and sanitation policies
9. Communicate with culinary staff
10. Work with other departments during events
11. Operate equipment like coffee, soda, popcorn, and ice cream machines
12. Maintain a clean and safe work environment
13. Perform other duties as assigned
