Job Summary

Summary: Operates Point of Sale system, assists in food preparation, sets up cashier stations, maintains cleanliness, and handles cleanup after events.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Deliver food and supplies for catered events.
2. Log and maintain food temperatures.
3. Arrange food, beverage, and service items according to standards.
4. Ensure proper setup and cleanliness of dining areas before and after service.
5. Clean locations thoroughly after events.
6. Return equipment and supplies to storage.
7. Maintain catering facilities and equipment.
8. Follow safety and sanitation policies.
9. Coordinate with culinary staff for updates.
10. Operate equipment like coffee, soda, popcorn, and ice cream machines.
11. Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.
