Location: UT Rio Grande Valley

Position: Part-time Catering Attendant

Pay Range: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour

Job Summary

Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under supervision. May drive a delivery truck. Sets up, serves, cleans, and returns leftover food and equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Assembles and delivers food and supplies.
2. Logs and maintains food temperatures.
3. Prepares tables and decorations.
4. Sets up buffet stations.
5. Serves food and beverages.
6. Cleans after events.
7. Returns equipment and leftovers.
8. Distributes customer comment cards.
9. Maintains cleanliness and safety.
10. Ensures courteous service.
11. Maintains knowledge of menu and products.
12. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license may be required. Must obtain or possess a food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit if required by law.
