Job Summary

Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under supervision. May drive a catering delivery truck. Sets up and serves at events; cleans and breaks down the area; returns leftovers and equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assembles and delivers food and supplies.
• Logs and maintains food temperatures.
• Prepares tables and decor.
• Serves food and beverages.
• Clears and cleans after events.
• Returns equipment and food to the catering facility.
• Distributes and collects customer comment cards.
• Maintains catering facilities and equipment.
• Provides friendly, courteous service.
• Maintains knowledge of menu and products.
• Ensures a safe and clean environment.
• Follows safety and sanitation policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license may be required.
• Must obtain or possess a food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit as required by law.
