Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring a Catering Attendant for Homestead Miami Speedway. You will deliver and serve food at scheduled functions, set up service areas, and ensure events run smoothly under the catering captain's supervision.

Responsibilities include maintaining food temperatures, assisting with setup and breakdown, handling equipment, and providing friendly guest service. A valid driver's license and food handler's permit may be required by state law.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license may be required; must possess or able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under supervision of the catering captain.
• Sets up and serves at functions; cleans event area during and after events.
• May drive a catering delivery truck.
• Logs and maintains food temperatures.
• Distributes and collects customer comment cards for catered functions.
• Stocks, cleans and maintains catering facility and equipment.
• Maintains in-depth knowledge of complete menu and products on hand.
• Maintains clean and safe work environment.
• Follows safety and sanitation policy and procedures at all times.
