We are hiring immediately for a full-time CATERING ATTENDANT position.

Location: Koch Industries - 4111 East 37th Street, Wichita, KS 67220

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm. Must be able to work some evenings. More details upon interview.

Requirements: Previous banquet, catering, and food service experience required.

Job Summary

Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under the supervision of the catering captain. Ensures accurate execution of events. May drive a catering delivery truck. Sets up and serves at functions; cleans up afterward; returns leftover food and equipment timely.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Assembles and delivers food and supplies for catered functions.
2. Logs and maintains food temperatures.
3. Arranges tables and decorations.
4. Prepares buffet tables with food, beverages, and service items.
5. Serves food and beverages to guests.
6. Cleans location after events.
7. Returns food, beverages, and equipment to the catering facility.
8. Distributes and collects customer comment cards.
9. Maintains catering facility and equipment.
10. Provides friendly, courteous service.
11. Maintains knowledge of menu and products.
12. Ensures a clean and safe work environment.
13. Follows safety and sanitation policies.
14. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license may be required.
• Must possess or obtain a food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit where required by law.
