Job Summary

Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under supervision. May drive a catering delivery truck. Sets up, serves, cleans, and returns leftover food and equipment. Ensures event areas are neat and clean.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Assembles and delivers food and supplies.
2. Logs and maintains food temperatures.
3. Arranges tables and decorations.
4. Sets up buffet tables.
5. Serves food and beverages.
6. Cleans after events.
7. Returns equipment and leftovers.
8. Distributes comment cards.
9. Maintains catering facilities and equipment.
10. Provides friendly, courteous service.
11. Maintains knowledge of menu and products.
12. Ensures a safe, clean work environment.
13. Follows safety and sanitation policies.
14. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license may be required.
• Must obtain a food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit if required by law.
