Location: Bayer Indianola - 1 Bayer Drive, Indianola, PA 15051. Note: online applications accepted only.

Job Summary

Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under supervision. Ensures all events are executed accurately. May drive a catering truck. Sets up, serves, cleans, and returns leftover food and equipment.

Essential Duties

1. Assemble and deliver food and supplies for catered events.
2. Log and maintain food temperatures.
3. Arrange tables and decorations.
4. Set up buffet with food, beverages, and service items.
5. Serve food and beverages to guests.
6. Clean location after events.
7. Return food, equipment, and utensils to the catering facility.
8. Distribute and collect comment cards.
9. Maintain catering facilities and equipment.
10. Provide friendly, courteous service.
11. Maintain knowledge of menu and products.
12. Ensure a safe and clean work environment.
13. Follow safety and sanitation policies.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license may be required. Must obtain a food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit as required by law.
