Job Summary

• Ensure all food and beverage is properly displayed and maintained throughout the event.
• Be knowledgeable about all menu offerings.
• Responsible for setup and breakdown of the event at the stadium.
• Establish rapport with guests and utilize suggestive and upselling techniques.
• Assist guests in choosing seating and help them get situated.
• Complete all setup and breakdown responsibilities within designated timelines.
• Perform post-event inventory and restock as needed.
• Create, modify, and close sales checks in the point of sale system.
• Report any guest incidents to superiors.
• Understand all event paperwork and reports.
• Follow location appearance guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.
• Follow safety and sanitation practices.
• Adhere to responsible alcohol service policies.
