Responsibilities:

1. Ensure all food and beverage is properly displayed and maintained during events.
2. Be knowledgeable about all menu offerings.
3. Set up and break down events at the stadium.
4. Establish rapport with guests and utilize suggestive and upselling techniques.
5. Assist guests in choosing and getting settled at their preferred dining locations.
6. Complete all event setup and breakdown tasks within designated timelines.
7. Perform post-event inventory and restock as needed.
8. Create, modify, and close sales checks in the point of sale system.
9. Report any guest incidents to supervisors.
10. Understand and complete all event paperwork and reports.
11. Maintain location appearance and service areas.
12. Follow safety and sanitation practices.
