Job Summary

• Handle credit card transactions using the Point of Sale system.
• Respond to guest needs and requests, using suggestive and upselling techniques, and maintain service areas.
• Complete steps of service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Understand and describe menu offerings, packaging, presentation, and pricing.
• Respond promptly to guest needs and requests.
• Employ good safety and sanitation practices.
• Follow cash handling and tip reporting guidelines.
• Maintain the stand sheet with inventory responsibilities.
• Adhere to Levy Company guidelines as stated in training manuals and employee handbook.
• Complete station setup and breakdown responsibilities thoroughly.
• Communicate guest issues to management.
• Follow responsible alcohol service policies.
• Practice proper product control and handling of all inventory and equipment.
