Job Summary

The Catering Attendant delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under the supervision of the catering captain. Responsibilities include executing event tasks, driving a catering delivery truck if needed, setting up and serving at functions, cleaning, and returning leftover food and equipment promptly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assemble and deliver all food and supplies for catered functions.
2. Log and maintain food temperatures.
3. Arrange tables and decorations.
4. Set up buffet tables with food, beverages, and service items.
5. Serve food and beverages to guests.
6. Clean location after events.
7. Return food, beverages, and equipment to the catering facility.
8. Distribute and collect customer comment cards.
9. Maintain catering facility and equipment.
10. Provide friendly, courteous service to guests.
11. Maintain knowledge of menu and products.
12. Keep work environment clean and safe.
13. Follow safety and sanitation policies.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.
