Job Summary

Summary: Deliver and serve food at scheduled functions under supervision. Ensure all event details are executed accurately. May drive a catering delivery truck. Set up, serve, clean, and return leftover food and equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assemble and deliver food and supplies.
• Log and maintain food temperatures.
• Arrange tables, decorations, and buffet setups.
• Serve food and beverages to guests.
• Clean and reset locations after events.
• Return equipment and leftover food to the catering facility.
• Distribute and collect comment cards.
• Maintain catering facilities and equipment.
• Provide friendly and courteous service.
• Know the menu and products thoroughly.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license may be required.
• Must obtain a food handler's permit and/or alcohol server's permit if required by law.
