Exciting Opportunity: Property Attendant at WoodSpring Suites in Naples West, FL!

About the Role: Hotel Management & Consulting, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Property Attendant who is a team player and flexible in handling various hotel responsibilities. These include general preventative maintenance, cleaning public areas, preparing rooms for housekeeping, and assisting with laundry duties.

Primary Duties:

• Maintenance: Managing work orders promptly, performing tasks like carpet shampooing, cleaning floors, light electrical and plumbing work, preventative maintenance, janitorial work, parking lot upkeep, trash cleanup, PTAC cleaning, drywall repair, painting, and caulking.
• Inventory: Managing maintenance supplies and tools, and placing orders as needed.
• Housekeeping: Preparing rooms for housekeepers, including removing linens and trash, moving furniture, and assessing maintenance needs.
• Emergency Procedures: Knowing and following emergency protocols to ensure safety of guests and staff.
• Other Duties: As assigned by management.

Physical Requirements:

• Climbing stairs and ladders repeatedly.
• Performing tasks involving kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, bending, and twisting for extended periods.
• Lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs.
