Job summary

Compass Group USA seeks a Catering Attendant for Pine Knob to provide high-quality food service at live events during concert season. This fast-paced, team-oriented role requires delivering food and beverages, setting up catering stations, and upholding sanitation and presentation standards.

You will assist with stocking, cleaning, and maintaining catering equipment, coordinate with culinary and operations teams, and operate service appliances to ensure smooth event service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license may be required; must possess or able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Transport and deliver food, beverages and supplies to event locations.
• Set up catering stations, including food, beverages, and service items
• Ensure all setups meet company presentation and sanitation standards
• Maintain proper food temperatures and follow safety guidelines
• Keep service areas clean, organized, and guest-ready throughout events
• Break down and clean event spaces after service
• Return equipment, food, and supplies to designated storage areas
• Assist with stocking, cleaning, and maintaining catering equipment
• Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to ensure smooth service
• Operate equipment such as coffee machines, soda machines, popcorn, and ice cream machines
• Performs other duties as assigned.
