Job summary

Levy Restaurants is seeking a Catering Attendant for Pine Knob in Michigan to deliver high-quality catering service at live events. You will transport food and supplies, set up stations, and ensure sanitation and guest-ready setups throughout performances.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and food-handling or alcohol-permitting where required, with opportunities to learn and grow within a dynamic event-focused team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license may be required; must possess or able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Transport and deliver food, beverages and supplies to event locations.
• Set up catering stations, including food, beverages, and service items
• Ensure all setups meet company presentation and sanitation standards
• Maintain proper food temperatures and follow safety guidelines
• Keep service areas clean, organized, and guest-ready throughout events
• Break down and clean event spaces after service
• Return equipment, food, and supplies to designated storage areas
• Assist with stocking, cleaning, and maintaining catering equipment
• Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to ensure smooth service
• Operate equipment such as coffee machines, soda machines, popcorn, and ice cream machines
• Performs other duties as assigned.
