The Catering and Events Department manages contracted groups, social events, food and beverage services, meeting room revenues, and room block management, ensuring client satisfaction and revenue goals are met.
The Catering and Event Manager coordinates event documentation with Sales, hotel departments, and clients to ensure high-quality service throughout all event phases. Responsibilities include seamless turnover from sales to service, upselling to maximize revenue, and serving as the primary contact for event planners post-turnover.
