The beautiful Embassy Suites by Hilton Sacramento overlooks the Sacramento River, next to the iconic Tower Bridge. We're within a 10-minute walk of the Old Sacramento Waterfront District and events at the Golden 1 Center, making it the perfect spot to host events! We are looking to add a Catering & Event Manager to our team. This is a great opportunity to work for a Hilton-managed hotel in beautiful Sacramento.

The Catering and Events Department manages contracted groups, social event food and beverage, meeting room revenues, room block management, and supplier services, aiming to ensure event planner satisfaction while meeting or exceeding revenue goals.

Position Statement

As a Catering and Event Manager, you will handle event documentation and coordinate with Sales, hotel departments, and clients to ensure high-quality service throughout the event phases. You will facilitate a seamless transition from sales to service and back, identify opportunities to upsell, and serve as the primary contact for event planners, ensuring a positive experience.
