Job summary

Brassica is seeking a Catering Ambassador in Ohio to extend our thoughtful food and hospitality beyond our restaurants into workplaces, events, and celebrations. You’ll build relationships, deliver memorable experiences, and represent everything Brassica stands for: quality, warmth, and reliable service.

From setting up catering orders to greeting guests, you’ll ensure every detail is accurate, on time, and beautifully presented.

Qualifications

• All experience levels welcome.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up catering orders with care, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Act as the face of Brassica, providing warm, professional hospitality.
• Communicate clearly with guests and team members to ensure seamless experiences.
• Ensure all catering orders are complete, beautifully presented, and on time.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of catering supplies.
• Assist with food preparation and packaging.
• Show up on time, looking polished and ready.
• Move efficiently, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Deliberate over shift meal choices (chicken or falafel).
