Job summary

Panera is seeking a Catering Coordinator in Ohio to drive the success of our catering operations. You will plan and assist customers with Panera food selections for events, support their questions, and ensure timely delivery to their events.

You will leverage your marketing and sales skills to develop new catering opportunities and participate in local community events, while helping to build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a background check.
• Must have reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
• Availability Monday through Friday 5AM-2PM.

Responsibilities

• Own the success of our catering operations.
• Communicate with and support our catering customers.
• Manage the production of catering orders and deliver orders to customer events.
• Use marketing and sales skills to generate new catering business.
• Participate in community marketing events.
