Job summary

Chi'Lantro is seeking a Catering Sales & Development Manager to lead and grow our catering program across our Austin-area restaurants. This sales-first role emphasizes winning new business, building lasting relationships, and expanding our catering influence in the community.

You will drive catering sales directly, oversee our catering operations, and develop restaurant teams into a strong catering sales engine. Regular travel to our stores and markets is expected to expand Chi'Lantro's reach.

You will drive catering sales directly, oversee our catering operation, and develop our restaurant teams into a catering sales engine, helping each location grow catering in the community around it.
