Job summary

dnata Catering seeks an Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with airline clients and ensure seamless delivery of catering services.

You will negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements while coordinating with internal teams to fulfil orders and maintain client satisfaction. Strong communication and multitasking abilities are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Must have driver’s license.
• Port Authority Port ID eligibility under TSA regulations (49 CFR §1542.209).
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with airline clients.
• Understand client needs and ensure seamless delivery of catering services.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of catering orders.
• Monitor and ensure loading, billing, and customer satisfaction.
