Job summary

dunnhumby is seeking a Category & Store Solutions Consulting Analyst in Bentonville, USA to join a multidisciplinary team partnering with Product, Engineering and Science to deliver data-driven retail solutions. You will implement new processes, develop training content, and support feature releases across client-facing and internal channels.

Required is a degree in a relevant subject and experience with customer data analytics, particularly assortment optimization.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject.
• Experience using customer data analytics software and solutions, particularly assortment optimization products.

Responsibilities

• Manage implementation of new processes, tools, and solutions with the client in a large team environment.
• Develop and publish GTM enhancement overviews, product training content, and release updates for new feature launches across internal and client-facing channels.
• Lead release share-outs and solution demonstrations to internal and external stakeholders, providing clear technical guidance on product capabilities and driving a culture of execution excellence through strong communication and follow-up.
• Conduct user research, gather and synthesize requirements, manage the product backlog, and support the Product Manager in capturing and acting on stakeholder feedback.
• Translate product usage data into insights with clear, actionable recommendations for improvements and growth.
