You will develop general market merchandising standards and planogram requests across SuperChannels to optimize shelf space, inventory turns, and margins. You will collaborate with Channel Commercialization, Category Space, and Customer Development teams, analyze data, and provide leadership with market trends and profitable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 1–3 years work experience preferred.
• Strong analytical background with ability to analyze data and trends.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and analytical tools.
• Ability to develop merchandising standards and end-caps strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute custom planogram and PicOS merchandising requests.
• Collaborate with Channel Commercialization, Category Space, and Customer Development teams.
• Analyze scan data, trade areas, and category trends for key customers.
• Provide insights on market trends and profitable package mixes.
• Lead multiple projects with cross-functional stakeholders and meet deadlines.
• Document post-analysis and report trends to leadership.
