The Team and Role:
Logitech is looking for a dynamic Category Portfolio Manager to manage the comprehensive product lifecycle for the Gaming Accessory portfolio within the North American region.

Our new Category Portfolio Manager will partner closely with sales, global teams, and supply chain to drive the achievement of key performance indicators ( revenue, margin, profitability, and market share). Serving as a regional lead, the ideal candidate will bring passion and enthusiasm for driving product line growth amongst all channels with direct accountability for product/price positioning, demand planning, inventory optimization, market intelligence, go-to-market schedules, product line reviews, new product pitches to channel partners, and P&L management.

  • Manage demand forecasting and inventory, collaborating with sales operations and demand planning teams.
  • Conduct market analysis, competitive reviews, and sales data analysis to proactively identify opportunities and risks.
  • Execute comprehensive Product Life Cycle Management, including NPI planning, price modeling, forecasting, product setup, inventory management, and end-of-life management, in partnership with sales, supply chain, and planning teams.
Qualifications:
  • Exceptional quantitative skills for translating data into actionable business plans and profitable growth.
  • Strong P&L/portfolio management and business analysis capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to champion products and strategies both internally and externally.
  • In-depth understanding of retail partners and channel strategy, particularly within consumer electronics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaborative relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required.
