Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; some college helpful.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and standard office systems.

Responsibilities

• Support Buyers with daily category management, purchasing, and merchandising activities.
• Enter and maintain product information, pricing, and promotional data with high accuracy.
• Maintain vendor paperwork and records, including agreements and product specifications.
• Prepare reports and materials for promotional planning and category reviews.
• Coordinate weekly, seasonal, and promotional events with vendors and internal teams.
• Communicate with vendors regarding product availability, pricing updates, and documentation.
• Develop positive relationships with vendors and internal partners.
