## About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced **Category Manager Packaging EMEA** to lead our regional packaging strategy across multiple product lines. In this role, you will own the full category lifecycle—from supplier selection and cost optimization to innovation and sustainability initiatives.* Define, lead and drive the category Packaging to ensure the success of the category in alignment with business and sustainability goals* Own regional category roadmaps covering cost, supply security, innovation, risk, and sustainability levers* Drive the category team in the region to achieve required performance and focus on the effective application of the Sika sourcing methodology* Regional supplier management (internal RFI, negotiations, awarding, contracting and volumes allocations) and cross regions coordination when relevant* Screening of alternative suppliers / raw materials & onboarding in alignment with Sika processes* Drive Sika sustainability targets with suppliers* Define and communicate budget & targets to region / areas* Create and track strategic Procurement targets by measuring KPI`s* Identify and facilitate saving projects, ensures supply of materials for all facilities served by the category## Your Skills and Experience* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field* Minimum 5 years of experience in packaging category management or procurement* Strong negotiation and supplier‐management skills* Experience in manufacturing environments* Knowledge of sustainability standards and packaging materials* Excellent analytical and project‐management capabilities* Fluent English.
