As a newly established role within the organization, the Category Management Specialist for Capital Sourcing will lead strategic sourcing events and supplier management processes for Capital investments. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence long‑term organizational investments by driving competitive sourcing strategies, optimizing total cost of ownership, and building strong partnerships with stakeholders and suppliers. Success will be measured through achievement of capital savings and cost avoidance targets, supplier performance improvement, increased standardization, and delivery of capital solutions that support operational, financial, and strategic objectives.
Location: Aurora
Job Status: Full-time, Salaried. Hybrid (60% in office, 40% remote- subject to change), will require travel to other campuses at times.
Shift: Days. Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
Annual Salary Range (Based on 40 hours worked per week): $90,900.59 to $136,350.88
