Job summary

The Associate Category Management role at MGM Resorts International supports the execution of category strategies through data analysis, supplier coordination, and process management in a bustling resort setting.

You will maintain data accuracy, track performance, prepare reporting, and assist with day-to-day supplier interactions while ensuring compliance with sourcing processes and ESG tracking.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in supply chain, procurement, merchandising, or operations.
• Degree in business, supply chain, or a related field.
• Experience with data management and providing administrative support.
• Experience in a resort setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support supplier onboarding, data collection, and contract administration activities.
• Maintain category dashboards and data accuracy.
• Generate reports and presentations for internal leadership.
• Coordinate supplier meetings and respond to stakeholder inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with sourcing processes and regulatory standards.
• Support ESG and supplier diversity tracking.
• Identify process improvements within the category team.
